--- title: "References: Shopify stores, web apps and software | KL" description: "References by KL: LOULEX, whyraw, GymLabs and 50+ delivered web and software projects for mid-sized companies, corporates and own ventures." canonical_url: "https://preview.kevinludwig.com/en/referenzen" --- # What we've built. Since 2017, 50+ web and software projects. 20 of them we can show here, with live links. Three of them in detail, with numbers and a build log. ## Three projects in detail, two to look at. Scroll through the pages as they are online today. loulex.eu ![Screenshot of the LOULEX website](https://preview.kevinludwig.com/images/work/loulex-full.webp) Shop, 2026 6 apps out, plus the translation subscription. The monthly licence cost is gone ## LOULEX: six apps out, seven languages in our own hands Translation used to run through an external service in front of the shop, with its own monthly invoice. Today a bot of our own translates hourly, directly in Shopify, with a glossary, quality checks, a log and a rollback. Plus six apps fewer in the store: fewer scripts on every page, faster loading, better technical scores. Shopify, Liquid, Shopify Admin API, Anthropic Claude, TypeScript [Project in detail](https://preview.kevinludwig.com/en/referenzen/loulex-shopify-uebersetzungspipeline) whyraw\.de ![Screenshot of the whyraw website](https://preview.kevinludwig.com/images/work/whyraw-full.webp) Headless shop, 2026 5 days from start of build to live ## whyraw: a headless Shopify storefront that feels like the camera A Next.js frontend instead of a Liquid theme, connected to Shopify headless. Shopify stays catalog, cart and checkout, the frontend belongs to the brand: a cam booth in the browser, an out-of-cam gallery and a release countdown on the product page. No third-party app scripts, 100 out of 100 in the Ahrefs site audit. Live five days after the first storefront commit, photography by Nico Soica. Next.js, Shopify Storefront API, GraphQL Codegen, TypeScript, Playwright [Project in detail](https://preview.kevinludwig.com/en/referenzen/whyraw-headless-shopify-storefront) diemacher.work ![Screenshot of the die macher website](https://preview.kevinludwig.com/images/work/diemacher-full.webp) Platform, 2026 4 roles Customer, project lead, business and observer in the same project, each sees their part ## die macher: A project portal for construction projects that we run ourselves Our own venture: one point of contact for renovation, conversion and fit-out, every trade from a partner network. Behind it a platform with website, AI entry point, admin area and a portal where customer, project lead and trade businesses see the same project, each only their part. Site diary with voice and photos, schedule, quotes, withdrawal. In beta with real projects since March 2026, open since September. Next.js, Postgres, Drizzle, Better Auth, Vercel AI Gateway [Project in detail](https://preview.kevinludwig.com/en/referenzen/diemacher-projektplattform-bauprojekte) gloriakollektiv.de ![Screenshot of the Gloria Kollektiv website](https://preview.kevinludwig.com/images/work/gloriakollektiv-full.webp) ## Gloria Kollektiv Website, 2024 Biblical worship resources for churches [View live](https://www.gloriakollektiv.de/) gymlabs.de ![Screenshot of the GymLabs website](https://preview.kevinludwig.com/images/work/gymlabs-full.webp) ## GymLabs SaaS, 2020 Our own SaaS for managing gyms [View live](https://www.gymlabs.de/) 30 minutes, and you know whether it fits your workflow.
